- Our masks are not medical-grade devices, and do not meet the standards set by the FDA, CDC, NIOSH, or others, for surgical masks, procedure masks, N95 or N99 masks or respirators, or any similar masks or respirators of any kind currently being used by the medical community, and they are not to be used as replacements for any such medical-grade masks.

- CDC has recommended the use of simple cloth face coverings to slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus. See “Cloth Face Coverings” at www.cdc.gov. Cloth face coverings fashioned from household items or made at home from common materials at low cost can be used as an additional, voluntary public health measure. Our masks are such simple cloth face coverings.
- We recommend that you wash our masks before their first use to sanitize them, and then wash them after each use to keep them sanitary.
- Using one of our masks does not replace other recommended measures to stop the community spread of COVID-19. Please continue to follow CDC guidelines (which we urge you to read at www.cdc.gov, and which we incorporate by reference herein). These CDC guidelines include practicing social distancing, washing your hands, and refraining from touching your face.
